Elisha Tshuma is a trade facilitation and stakeholder engagement expert based in Zimbabwe. He has 30 years trade facilitation experience gained from both public and private sectors. He currently is an independent customs consultant and a part-time lecturer at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) where he teaches customs management and reforms.
He holds a Master of Commerce degree specialising in Management Practice in the field of Trade Law and Policy from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He also holds a FIATA trainer certificate for courses leading to the FIATA diploma in freight Forwarding.
